Change over day is SATURDAY only in high season and a 7 night minimum stay required. Other periods are flexible changeover day and minimum stay is a 4 night booking. When booking we ask for a £450 security deposit which is refunded within 2 weeks of your return. You can also hire bed-linen at a cost of £9 per person. This includes a full-set of bedlinen, hand towel & bath towel (per person), bath mat and tea towels. There is also a tourist tax of 1 Euro per person per day tourist tax which we are obliged to collect on behalf of the French Government (applies only to those over 13 years old). We do also ask for all guests to make a payment of 65 Euros to pay our cleaning lady on departure. These are all the costs up front here, there is nothing further. We like you to know exactly what the cost of the holiday will be, with no hidden extras.
